Signature/Tracking number and insurance included. Items are shipped within 48 hours of full payment and depending on where you live, should arrive within 2-10 business days.

WHOLESALE Sales

All shipping in Canada by Canada Post or UPS - insured with tracking number, signature required.

All shipping to US by UPS - insured with tracking number.(unless otherwise arranged with your own courier), signature required.

To make shipping easier for everyone I suggest that we use the courier you deal with and put it on your own account.

Invoicing for shipping will be done separately if there is a shipping charge and you do not already have a courier account.

Customer pays for all shipping and when applicable for all import duties and taxes.

Returns

I stand behind everything I make - so if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with what you ordered, email me directly at info(at)indigomoonyarns(dot)com for an authorization number within 7 business days - no returns will be accepted without pre-authorization. A full refund - minus shipping costs - will be refunded on merchandise returned in perfect resaleable condition. Sale/clearance items may be non-refundable and is up to my discretion.
