Shipping by Expedited Post for Canadian orders and USPS for US orders.   In stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours of full payment and depending on where you live, should arrive within 2-10 business days.

WHOLESALE Sales

Minimum intial wholesale order is $500 before taxes and shipping. Wholesale accounts are for retail stores and the occassional online store that offers something special.  SInce we don't get to meet in person, please email me by hitting the contact button... I love to get to know a bit more about the stores interested in carrying my yarn and what makes your store unique.  When you email me I can send you further information including a wholesale price list and terms for ordering.  On reorders quantities of 5 per colourway/yarn are required - some exceptions may apply so please feel free to ask.  On initial orders, if the colourways and yarns are instock, you can order less than 5 per colourway/yarn giving you a wider variety to start...if you prefer.

The Merino Wool, Blue-faced Leicester Wool and The Ultimate Sock yarn are available for wholesale purchase.  Other yarns are solely available at retail price on the site.

All shipping in Canada or to the US is by Canada Post/USPS or courier- fully insured with tracking number, signature required.

Invoicing for shipping may be done separately.

Customer pays for all insurance and shipping and when applicable for all import duties and taxes.

Returns

I stand behind everything I make - so if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with what you ordered, email me at info(at)indigomoonyarns(dot)com  with an explanation as to why the product is not satisfactory.  An authorization number is needed within 7 business days - no returns will be accepted without pre-authorization. A full refund - minus shipping costs - will be refunded on merchandise returned in perfect resaleable condition (no smoke, perfumes, damage). Sale/clearance items may be non-refundable and is up to my discretion.
